Why Choose Bernafon SpiraFlex Domes?
There are five different types of Bernafon Domes. Your choice of dome alters sound characteristics.
Open Domes:
Open domes are suitable if you don’t want a closed-off feeling in your ear canal. They ensure ample ventilation. Used for mild to moderate amplification needs.
Closed Domes with Small or Large Ventilation:
Closed domes offer a more intense sound experience by sealing the ear canal more effectively. This prevents feedback, as amplified sounds can’t escape. Equipped with ventilation holes, they provide a free and airy feeling for an intense sound experience. Often used for moderate to profound hearing loss or when bass enhancement is a priority.
Tulip Domes:
Tulip domes have an increasing tip shape, combining features of both closed and open domes. They offer ventilation while delivering an intensified sound experience.
Power Domes:
Power domes provide the most intense sound experience. They have two seals for a secure fit that blocks external sounds. Power domes are the least ventilated, offering the most sealed sensation.
