To replace the Bernafon WaxStop wax filter:

Take a WaxStop from the box. The tool has two ends, one with a new filter and one with tools to remove the filter.
Insert the tool into the audio output of the device.
Slowly pull out the used WaxStop filter while keeping it straight.
Turn the tool 180 degrees.
Install the new filter in the audio output and carefully remove the tool.
Dispose of the used tool – do not reuse it.
