ComPilot II serves as the interface between Bluetooth®-enabled audio sources and your Phonak hearing aids. The discreet streamer is worn around your neck and can be tucked under your shirt or sweater. It receives the Bluetooth® signal and transmits the sound directly to your hearing aids. Because you wear the device around your neck, you can move freely without compromising sound quality. ComPilot II can be used for various purposes, such as pairing the streamer with your mobile phone, tablet, car GPS, and many other Bluetooth® devices.

ComPilot II is particularly useful for watching TV, especially when combined with TV LINK II.

TV Link II is a transmitter that can be used with ComPilot, ComPilot II, or ComPilot Air. The maximum distance between the TV transmitter and the receiver is approximately 30 meters, giving you the freedom to move around while watching TV. The Bluetooth transmitter is a useful addition to your Phonak ComPilot. TV LINK II connects easily and can also charge your ComPilot device.

With Phonak TV LINK II and ComPilot II, you can hear TV audio directly through your hearing aids without annoying cables or headphones. Enjoy clear stereo sound and fast transmission from the TV to your hearing aids for a comfortable viewing experience. With a range of up to 30 meters, you can even go to the kitchen to get a snack or drink without pausing your movie.

Easy and straightforward installation

Place TV Link II next to your TV. Connect the adapter to the TV using Toslink, an RCA cable, or a 3.5 mm jack. Plug the TV LINK II power cable into an available power outlet. You then only need to connect your ComPilot to the transmitter once. Press and hold the connection button and the volume button (+) simultaneously, and ComPilot will automatically connect to TV LINK II.

Once pairing is complete, a small LED on the device will glow blue continuously. On the side of the transmitter, you will find a plus/minus button that lets you adjust the signal volume without changing the TV’s audio signal. This allows your partner to listen at their preferred volume while you adjust the volume to suit your needs.
