Important note: It is essential to only place the earmoulds in the cleaning solution and avoid submerging the entire hearing aid. Hearing aids are not suitable for water exposure and can be damaged.

Begin by placing a Bernafon Cleaning Tablet in the cup, and then fill it two-thirds full with warm water. Next, add the earmoulds to the cup and let them soak for 30 minutes. Afterwards, carefully remove the earmoulds and rinse them thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Allow sufficient time for complete drying before reattaching them to the hearing aid. To ensure thorough cleaning, use an Air puffer to remove any remaining cleaning solution from the tube.
