Neck-Loop Antenna – uDirect

The neck-loop antenna, or simply called the neck-loop in daily use, is the part that establishes the connection between uDirect2 and the hearing aids. It acts as the antenna that generates the signal received by the hearing aids. If the neck-loop is malfunctioning, the sound cannot be received in the hearing aids. Both a short and a long version of the neck-loop are available, with the long version being the standard included option.
