With Phonak MC1 you can connect external microphones for your Phonak hearing aid (Compilot or Compilot II) and easily place it at the neck of your shirt. The microphone is put by a little paper clip at the end of the wire and will help you to have conversations in noisy surroundings.
By using Phonak MC1 you can connect the microphone by just placing the jack into the bottom of your Compilot or Compilot II or by placing the microphone discretely on your pieces of clothing. In this way, it will be possible for you to carry your Compilot underneath your shirt or jacket, but still, be able to have a conversation. Since the microphone will be closer to your mouth, it will be easier to hear for your partner of conversation what you are saying, than if you use a traditional wireless streaming device. It is a discrete solution for the person who doesn’t want your hearing aid to be visible in all situations.
*Phonak MC1 is an accessory for Phonak Compilot and Compilot II, but it can also be used with other Bluetooth® streamers with a 3,5mm jack-plug.
This is what you’ll get with Phonak MC1 external microphone:
- Changes your Compilot or Compilot II into a real headset
- Excellent for car rides or noisy surroundings
- Discrete design and a barely visible solution
